Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bayou Banners & Prints ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide custom printing services including but not limited to banners, signs, apparel, promotional products, and print marketing materials. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Orders and Payment

• Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on final artwork and specifications.
• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for orders over $500. Full payment is required before order release.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash for in-person transactions.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, deposits are non-refundable.

Artwork and Files

• Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork in acceptable formats (AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution images).
• Additional design fees may apply for artwork creation, editing, or file preparation.
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork that are not caught during proof approval.
• Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production. Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Production and Delivery

• Standard turnaround times vary by product. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Local pickup is available at our Cypress, TX location during business hours.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
• We will replace defective items or provide a refund at our discretion.
• Customer-supplied goods printed by us are not eligible for replacement if issues arise from the supplied items.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the legal right to reproduce all artwork submitted for printing. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided designs. We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or missed deadlines.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
