Common questions about our screen printing services
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Our minimum order is 36 pieces for screen printing. This allows us to properly set up screens and keep per-piece costs reasonable. For smaller orders, we recommend direct-to-garment (DTG) printing or heat transfer.
What garment brands do you carry?
We stock Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, and Comfort Colors in our most popular styles and colors. We can also order from dozens of other brands including Champion, Hanes, American Apparel, and more with 2-3 day lead time.
How long does screen printing take?
Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks from art approval. Rush orders can be completed in 5-7 business days for an additional fee. For very large orders (500+), allow 2-3 weeks.
What type of ink do you use?
We use plastisol ink, which provides vibrant, durable prints that last 50+ washes. Plastisol works great on all fabric types and colors, including dark garments.
Can you print on shirts I provide?
Yes, we can print on customer-supplied garments. We charge a setup fee to inspect and prepare outside garments. Note that we cannot guarantee results on garments we don't supply, and we don't replace customer-supplied items if issues occur.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Simple design adjustments (resizing, color changes) are free. Custom design work is available at hourly rates. Many customers send us a rough idea or sketch and we turn it into print-ready artwork.
What's the difference between screen printing and DTG?
Screen printing uses stencils and ink pushed through mesh screens—best for bold designs with 1-4 colors on orders of 12+. DTG (direct-to-garment) prints like an inkjet printer directly onto fabric—best for full-color photos or small orders under 12 pieces.
Do you offer bulk discounts for schools and churches?
Yes! We offer special pricing for schools, churches, and non-profits. Orders over 100 pieces receive automatic volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote for your organization.
